The way we write is a direct representation of what we are – how we feel and what our values are. The Vimala Alphabet is based on the research of Vimala Rodgers, who discovered the meaning of each letter and what value it represents. When you change your handwriting, you can actually change your life.
Each time you write a particular letter, you reinforce a value in your life. Sometimes, these letters might not represent your best self. By adopting The Vimala Alphabet you can change what you are and how you see yourself.
How does it work? When you change your handwriting, you are changing the pathways in your brain. This is called neuroplasticity. It is like rewiring your brain. What we’re doing through changing our handwriting is actually rewiring parts of our brain so that we can live up to our full potential.
